My physical well-being
Welcome to this chapter of Jacob's Journey to the Far East, where I share my personal school project reflections on staying active, building discipline, and transforming my health. Being unhealthy is a choice, but choosing to stay healthy is a daily decision.

Daily routines and active habits
To keep my body in top shape, I dedicate time each week to regular gym sessions, running, jogging, and walking. I enjoy playing a wide variety of sports, with badminton being my absolute favorite. Alongside staying active, I focus on fueling my body with wholesome, nutritious meals while actively avoiding alcohol, smoking, vaping, and other addictive substances that can harm long-term wellness.

Overcoming insecurities and building confidence
The hardest challenge I have encountered was dealing with insecurities about my face and body appearance. I took ownership of that discomfort by turning it into positive action. Pushing myself in the gym, maintaining a clean and active lifestyle, and following a dedicated facial and skin-care treatment routine. Taking consistent care of both my body and skin helped me build true self-confidence from within.

Quarter reflection and ongoing growth
This quarter's lessons offered deep insight into developmental tasks, self-awareness, and the protective factors that keep us resilient against negative risks. Physical fitness directly shapes my emotional, mental, and social health. My goal moving forward is to continue refining these routines, embracing healthy choices every single day, and staying committed to becoming a better me.
